As a senior designer at BBG Architects, I assisted with site Master Planning, Planning condominium floor plates and hotel room layouts in a complex building shape and planning and layout for developments in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and in Budva Montenegro. The Astra Montenegro Tower, Waterfront Amenities and Villas Project in Budva, Montenegro allowed a fantastic opportunity to work on site in the beautiful Adriatic seaside resort. The Villas were the only component of the project to move forward in spite of the global financial crisis of 2008.

Complete renovation of Fifth Avenue Penthouse in a cooperative near Washington Square Park. The previous owner had occupied the premises since the early sixties and it showed! We opened up exterior walls with operable steel doors to a wrap around terrace allowing the new owner to enjoy great views of the the city!. We took a one bedroom apartment and created a new guest bath and a new master bathroom and update the small kiichen with modern appliances.

Complete renovation of collapsed brownstone in New York City on a tight budget. An abandoned shell of a building was purchased for around 150K USD and it was up to the owners, and their architect, to restore the structure to a functioning home with two rental apartments above.
